Wiring ignition to Toyota Distributor

Post by squenz »

First of all i would like to so say "hi" since this is my very first post on this forum. I am kind of new to the efi thing so i would like to have confirmation of my plans on installation.

I want to run a Microsquirt V3 on a Toyota Starlet 4EFE engine. The Distributor has 4 wires which are:

- IGF (Ignition feedback from Ignitor Coil)
- IGT (Igniton Timing)
- NE-
- NE+

Inside the Distributor there is a 4 tooth wheel with one VR Sensor.

Looking at the schematics i wire:

VR1IN+ to NE+
VR1IN- to NE-
IGNITION Output#1 to IGT
IGF (Ignition feedback from ignitor coil) remains unused

Can someone confirm this ?

Greetings from Germany
