What are your PWM settings (I wasn't able to open youre MSQ file)? They may be too low to let the injectors open. This would let the engine crank, but not start. Try increasing the opening time by 0.5 milliseconds and the PWM% by 10%, just to see if it helps.
I can' tell anything from your datalog, it wouldn't open either - did you edit it with excel?
If this were mine, I'd disconnect the EDIS module from MS-II (and use the limp mode for timing). I'd also verify the ignition timing while cranking with a timing light.
Lance.
Inj open time was at 1.0, moved that to 1.5
PWM time threshold is at 1.0
Not quite sure what I should have Inj PWM Period at that. In the help, it said the value should be between 50 and 100, with mine currently being at 66.
With the addition of the 10% and .5, no change
When hooked on the SAW, the LED flashed, engine attempted to start, got up to abotu 1600 RPMS then died.
Hooked it up to the PIP signal. With the key in the on position, before even attempting to crank, the LED was lit up. When trying to start then engine, the LED flashed, but the engine never even attempted to start. It just kept cranking.
Is it normal for the PIP to have a signal when the engine isn't cranking?
I've swapped a edis module out, just to see that would make a difference, but it didnt.
I've also played with my constant... running up all the way up to 12, and down to 3.
Are there any other tricks that might help?
1st off, fuel pump wasn't turning on. I tried jumping the fuel pump and combined with the second issue, this allowed me to start it.
2nd was even with a low VE table in the idle range, it took a really low constant to get it started. I ended up getting the pulse time down to under 1.5 and it finally idled, though slighty rough
It's awesome to hear this run !!!
