Looks like I had a faulty harness from the beginning. Squeezed the females a bit and it runs.
I am running the tach trigger from the Bosch Hall sender to the VR 1 red wire. Now all of the trims are working.

Checked the ECu pins for signs of contact, all look good with about 50-60 % of pin contact.
Checked the harness side for loose pins, gave a little squeeze from the front side. Same result, Shows RPM on crank to ECU but no PWM output.
Looking at the live data; RPM shows up, requested PWM shows up ...

Check for the latest Version of TS.
Mine has the option under ignition, Advanced. Select" dual" with 2 tach inputs, and under that select the degree of separation. Surprised that no one has given you an answer.

My diog tree points to a failed harness connector. Will stuff the harness today.

Update; I was told that I had a failed tach input channel ,possibly due to over voltage from the Ford trigger.
Ordered a new ECU. same result, no RPM signal.
Hooked up the green Bosch hall sensor wire to the VR red wire and have an RPM signal. But no Fuel injector grounding. The requested PWM is ...

I wired the circuit like the diode thread suggest. I have 12 v to 1 resistor to LED. enroute to coil neg.
ECU tach opto + connects mid stream downside of the LED. Opt _ is grounded ..
makes no difference if the OPt - is : grounded, open or has 12V. I still get the led flicker.

The wheel is/was, a 36/1 ford style , with Ford VR sender.

I got the car running by going to the stock VW stand alone ignition. I had a lot of tuning issues and finally the ECU failed and shorted one side of the injector drivers. Flooding the engine ...

The Blue tooth still drops after about 1 min.
The hard link cable works today!! I bought a new lap and installed the new Tuner studio. It detected finally..
I have a Micro v3.8 with " auto trigger "setup.
I found a link for info. says that I need to set the trigger offset to the crank wheel ...

The BT failed to link . I will re-install it on the new lap. Thanks,MM
