Odd Fire Problem

I am trying to run a 90 degree Vtwin with Microsquirt, V2.89. Using rising cam with wheel/tach option, vr sensor on 93 tooth crank flywheel and hall effect on cam. I am getting very reliable synch and both LS2 coils fire. I can move where the coils fire with delay teeth, but the Offset Advance for Output #2 doesn't seem to work, both coils fire at the approx the same place, I have tried + and - numbers. Trigger Offset also has no effect on timing. Cranking Trigger was set Trigger Rise, maybe this is a problem?

Trigger Wheel Teeth = 93
Missing Teeth = 0
Skip Teeth = 93
Delay Teeth = 27
Trigger Offset= 5 degrees

What am I missing?

Please post the entire MSQ; I'll take a look at it.

Matt,
The problem was with the Cranking Trigger set to Trigger Rise. Everything worked when I switched to Calculated. Looks like you must use Calculated for code to calculate Offset for Output #2, makes sense now that I think about it. Probably says that somewhwere in the manuals and I just missed it.

I attached the msq anyway. Spark is at 20 degrees BTDC on both cylinders when Cranking Trigger is set Calculated. When Cranking Trigger is set Trigger Rise, #1 sparks at 5 degrees ATDC the first time then moves to 5 degrees BTDC thereafter, #2 sparks at 5 degrees ATDC cylinder #1.

Note; Engine starts and revs up well with this msq set to Calculated.
