Honda NSR

I got 2 NSR's on hand and will end up with one of them.
I'm thinking to drill holes in the side of the cylinder(one on each side) and mount nozzles to inject directly into the ports instead of letting the gasoline go trough the crank.
This would make it easier to time the injection so as little as possible go out the exhaust port this being a two stroke and the gasoline would not wash off the two stroke oil from components so they would be lubed better.
What I do wonder about is if microsquirt can control, the powervalve? Is it easy to write custom code? If it's not to hard I would put effort into it.
