Microsquirt "header" info?

I am designing an adapter board that will allow me to plug the MS(V3.0) directly into My existing wiring harness. I was thinking that it would be a good idea to just use the .100 header of the microsquirt ( header version ) rather than the DB37 so that I can upgrade to the smaller Microsquirt when it comes available.Has the pin-out been astablished yet for the header?
