Have you got a multimeter? read the resistance across the injector terminals, if it`s around 14ohms they`re clased as high impedence, I would have thought they`d be high, seems quite common in VW`s.

The settings above look like High Impedence settings? I run 500cc injectors with no problems (req fuel 5.9) also high impedence, I use a 1ms opening time.
What`s you injector PW at idle and at what AFR?
You need to sort out the RPM decrepancy as the MS will think the engine is ruunning twice the rpm`s and give you twice the fuel, the datalog rpm may be correctly showing what the MS thinks the rpm`s are?
