i am having trouble calibrating the MAPS at 80 to 90+ kpa where the car is accerating. During the first gear, the car can accelerate really fast reaching 3000 rpm. But on 2nd gear and so on with the TPS down to 30%, i hardly get any increase in RPM where I feel the car is hesitating to run further.

My engine is running on a TBI setup and I cant tell whether I am running rich or lean. The PW on the MAPs greater than 80 are already close to the req fuel.

Assuming you don't have an EGO sensor, the best plan is to work in small steps and observe the drivability and power very closely to see if it made things better or worse. Try going richer than your current VE values first, then leaner if that doesn't help.

If you go more than about 10% to 15% richer or leaner without making a difference, then the problem is likely somewhere else (ignition timing, igniton componnent problems, etc.).

Also, post a datalog along with your descriptions, this will help us eliminate many of the possibilities.

dropping the values makes it harder to accelerate, the RPM almost never goes up. After making it higher, the RPM starts to increase well enough. It's just weird that the values especially on 90+ MAP on 2000 to 3000 rpm is almost double the values on 80kpa and below MAP.

Not sure what you mean by this.
What type of engine are you running?

it's a 1.3L engine, req fuel is around 19ms, TBI setup
