calibration of high MAP
My engine is running on a TBI setup and I cant tell whether I am running rich or lean. The PW on the MAPs greater than 80 are already close to the req fuel.

Assuming you don't have an EGO sensor, the best plan is to work in small steps and observe the drivability and power very closely to see if it made things better or worse. Try going richer than your current VE values first, then leaner if that doesn't help.
If you go more than about 10% to 15% richer or leaner without making a difference, then the problem is likely somewhere else (ignition timing, igniton componnent problems, etc.).
Also, post a datalog along with your descriptions, this will help us eliminate many of the possibilities.
