engine stalls

hi

my northstar 2000 with the edis system is not idle good and backfires alot, it's jump from one rpm to another but only going down.
it starts with 1200 rpm and play in the area of 1100 to 1000 rpm and going down till the engine shutoff.
how can I fix this probleme?
I'm using MS2 V3
