I'm not familiar with Msnsextra, only the standard MS and the problem may well be in areas I don't understand. But....

Looking at the datalog in MegaLogViewer, you have a highest MAP of 83 - does this match the altitude you live at? And a lowest of 69, which is a very high MAP for an engine trying to idle. If the ECU fuels for 69 kpa it won't supply an idle pulsewidth. I 'live at' 88kpa (950m above sea level), my car idles at 37kpa and medium acceleration gives around 67 kpa.

At one point yours is 71 with a TPS value of 2, at 3700 rpm. If the TPS is correctly calibrated i.e. the throttle really was almost closed at that point, then something is wrong - maybe the MAP is not getting full engine vacuum. One likely cause for this would be if it was connected at a throttle edge vacuum point such as used for distributor vacuum advance, rather than at a point that sees full manifold vacuum. Or it could be pinched, restricted or leaking. Is the MAP sensor itself O.K.? - you can put a syringe on the line and see what the MAP reading does when you push the plunger in and out.

You also have a lot of acceleration fuelling points when the TPS value is only changing by 1 point, this would also cause richness and suggests the TPS dot threshold is too low.

Good luck.

You most certainly have an intake leak or a problem with you MAP sensor setup.

A 4age unloaded should be running 25-36 kPa

There are alot of little ports in the 4age intake to deal with capping. I had about 7 unused vac. sources.

If you have a TVIS engine, dont forget the ports on the bottom that drive the TVIS valve.
