thermo fan control

Post by pane »

G'day

I wasn't sure where to put this so i thought it would be safe to ask here.

I'm going to be running ms-2, tfi, ford pwm idle control, lc1 wideband and a relay board.

I want to run twin thermo fans from ms-2 using either pt6 or pt7. How would i connect these to the spare db37 pins when i make my cable to go to the relay board? Which pin on the terminal strip on the relay board will it come out on?

When i change the port settings do i do the following:
port: pt6-iac1
Variable: coolant greater than
Threshold 90 Hysteresis 10
No second condition
Power on value 0
Trigger value 0

Does this sound right. All i need to do is switch a relay on. Is there anything else i would have to do, like add a transistor.

Cheers from aus
