When I stab my thottle black smoke comes out and the engine stumbles then when u hold it open it will rev up ,when it clears out.Am I getting to much gas in my enrichment bins.It idles fine.My coolent sensor doesn't seem to work either.

Make sure your base fuel map is tuned in steady-state before messing with enrichment. If it is, then reduce the acceleration bins. Then, get another coolant temp sensor.
