OK, dontz125, I thought, it was +12V, GND and the 0-120Hz & 0-12V were two separates, not a combined signal. Glad that's cleared up!

Good to hear that it will work... and yes to confirm that is 3 wires. I need a little education again on pwm, but this is what told me the specs:
