I am using a stock Zetec 2003, vin 3 and I am having trouble finding the following:
1) The required specification for the injector angle.
2) The manifold volume.
3) Trigger off-set (is that as the ignition advance (16 degrees).
4) Coil dwell, I am using a Quad Spark.
5) TPS calibration, I went through the drill and now have it reading zero per cent with it closed but only reading 92% at full throttle.
Any help would be appreciated!

Can't help you with the first 3. Dwell for the QuadSpark depends on your coils - what does the manufacturer recommend?
Finally, if you've calibrated your TPS and are getting 92% at wide open, then there is some slop in the TPS drive or in the return spring.
