Using TPS in the VE table-SOLVED

Post by bakes007 »

Hey guys,

I've been reading on here how others of you have the VE table set up to run Alpha-N. I have my blending threshold set to above my rev range and changed everything in the ini file to set up for alpha-N. I then changed the parameter in the "other fuel settings" tab to use MAP/Baro for load. The problem comes when I load the motor on the dyno-stand. The VE table doesn't show the cursor to move out of the first row of bins. Is there a setting that I missed by chance?

Thanks

I have seen this behaviour too, when I used Alpha N years ago, and I altered something, and the blue dot jumped all over the VETable after that...trouble is I can't remember what I did. Hopefully somebody else will help out.

b007,

You might need to adjust the Alpha-N MAP table: http://www.megamanual.com/mt29.htm#ra

The critical thing is to set all rows at corresponding tps values on the 6x6 alpha N map table. Thanks guys
