ok now ive got everything but spark i have a steady 250 cranking rpm but cant get spark at all i have a ford edis coil with ing 1 and 2 going to pin 1-3 and 12v going to middle ive also tried a dodge neon coil (420a) with power in middle and ing 1 and 2 on the outsides but have no luck at all. I have me setting set to going high (inverted) but i seem to still have power on my ing leads ? Is there suppost to be power on the ing leads when the key is on and power applyed to the coils ? any help would be great thanks
That was one of the three major changes from the uS V2 to the V3 - the BIP373 coil drivers were deleted. You CAN drive 4-pin 'smart' COPs, but 2-pin 'dumb' COPs (or traditional coils) require an external driver.
so what driver do i need to fire off my 420a dodge neon coil???? i know if i want to use my ford edis coil now i know i need there module but the dodge neon ones fit better in my frame on my bike so i would like to use them thanks again for everyones help.

ok now we have that cleared up my cranking rpm is anywhere from 230-320rpm but its in and out like the cranking light down in the left hand corner will come on for a half sec and ill have rpm on the gauge then it will go away then come back its very consitent its like in out in out in out. Is there a setting i may have wrong ??? i have filed down the teeth on the 36-1 to match the with of the vr sensors pick up head and ive played with the air gap and nothing seems to make it better. Its almost like it hits the missing tooth and it goes off then catches back up. any help would be great of a nice write up on it.
