MicroSquirt fuel only?

From my previous experience with the MS1 extra, I'd like to know if with the Microsquirt I can run it as fuel only first.
This will ease the tuning phase a lot I think for me.....

edit:
I've found the answer :RTFM: and it's yes.
Now the ignition wires, do I just insolate them and that's it?

yeah, just insulate all the unused wires in the harness from shorting out and you should be good.
