Resistors per Bank of injectors?

Post by JustinL »

If it's at all possible, I'd like to run 1 resistor per injector bank. Can this be done? I have two banks of two 2.6ohm injectors. I think I should be running about an 8 ohm for each injector, but I don't know what should be done for 2 injectors.

Thanks for any advice.

It should work. You need the total resistance of the circuit to be 3 ohms or more. Two 2.6 ohm injectors in parallel are 1.3 ohms, so a 2.7 ohm or somewhat larger resistor would fit the bill.
