Procedure for Dual Table, Dual WBO tuning (with Autotune)

Post by Philip Lochner »

I am ready to take control of FI on my V12 Jag but have to decide now whether to use single table or dual table haing installed dual WBOs and with the engine having one throttle per bank (although plenum chambers are linked with 1" pipe.)

1) Where can I find a tuning procedure for dual table, dual WBO?

2) Does autotune tune both tables simultaneously or only one at a time?

3) If so, do I have to activate autotune on both VEtable pages?

NB: Apologies if this info is presented somewhere - I did try to find it.
Kind regards
Philip

Hi,

I´m trying to do the same on a Rover V8. It seems that with autotune you can tune only one VE table at a time.

The AMC feature of the 2.6xx version seems to be able to do both VE tables at the same time.

If I understand correctly the EGO correction (using the AFR tables) will work on both tables so you can Autotune one VE table at a time while the other is corrected by the EGO feedback.

hope this helps,

William
