I tried both searching and reading the Mega Manual and got no where. I am Squirting my buddies 91 g60 Corrado, Fuel only,MS1 v2.2. What do I need to download as far as tuning software? Megatune? What version? There is alot of stuff on this website!

How you get started is by reading. The tuning section is here: http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/mtune.htm - it covers everything for MS-I (except MSnS-E code - see here: http://megasquirt.sourceforge.net/extra/).
The MegaTune manual is here: http://www.megamanual.com/megatune.htm.
There's no shortcut, you need to do some more reading.
