Can microsquirt module recognize a 6 teeth wheel plus a cam with 1 tooth every 720°.

It can if the 6-tooth wheel is on the crank. You have to put it in dual spark mode by selecting either rising or falling edge cam sync. Then enter 0 missing teeth. Set skip teeth = 2 x 6 / no_cylinders and this must come out as an integer - no fractional part.

Yes, the 6-tooth are on crank wheel!
