Hi!
I have been looking for 1,8 Zetec injectors flow rate long time, bit no answers. Is yours 1,8 ot 2.0 Zetec? And how do you knot that they are 175cc?
As for higher flow injectors - try to ask owner of this:

I'm not sure but this must be his e-mail:

May be Mazda injectors will fit? Or Mondeo V6 2.5L?

Hi

I also have the same problem with injectors, I have a 2.0 zetec black top which has bosch 0280155820 injectors(98- mondeo, focus 2.0 not rs) and I am not sure whether they will flow enough for ~170bhp as I have seen many different flow rates quoted(150-230cc/min) and don't know which ones to believe. I do know the resistance though which is 16 ohms.
If anyone has any suggestions they will be gratefully recieved

thanks Dave

As far as I know:
2.0 zetec injectors is good for up to 150-170 HP
RS2000 injectors is good for up to 200-210 HP

Hi Dave, I had the same problem with 1600 zetec se high impedance injectors as even ford could not tell me the flow rate. Best answer is to test one injector by powering it with 12 volts for 30 sec and measuring fuel amount injected. My injector was 85cc in 30 sec = 170cc min.

Is it safe to run injector on 12V? As far as I know operating voltage is 5V?!?

Nope, operating voltage for fuel injectors used in any Ford vehicle is 12v. I've never seen (or heard) of a 5v injector.

High impedance injectors 16 ohm will take 12 volts direct but I am sure that low impedance will not. If you are not sure your local injector tester and cleaner can tell you the flow rate using his test rig.

The resistance of the coil in the injector has nothing to do with it's operating voltage. There are no liquid gasoline injectors manufactured for a Ford vehicle (on this planet) that will operate properly at 5 volts.

I am informed by a company who clean and test injectors that 12 volt can be applied to a high impedance injector to test but a low impedance injector may burn out with constant current applied. Is this not the reason for PWM and flyback boards on megasquirt? :?
