Tuner guy quit need help with fuel tables

So, the guy I hired to setup my new engine just quit/fired. He took two months and hasnt finished and runs like crap.
I think the fuel tables need to be set different?
Cold- up and down idle about to die few seconds and dies. I give it a little throttle is will stay running
Warm- will hold an idle
Put in gear and dies.
Start in gear and will run but no power. Or just the right throttle at the right moment will stay running
1992 Ford 2.3
turbo
stock Tbird cam
65lb injectors
LS coil
narrow band O2 sensor (doesnt read air/fuel on tunerstudio)
crank sensor trigger wheel
Im down in deep Baja with no real experience to help.
Anyone here able to look at my tune file and maybe let me know what needs to change or able to adjust my file?
I have looked at tunerstudio and no idea what to start changing. Dont want to make things worse.Especially not seeing air/fuel ratio (its red on the tunerstudio gauges)
