MicroSquirt, odd fire v-twin, ignition and fuel control

Having some trouble here.
I have a MicroSquirt V-3 wired up to my Transalp Honda, v-twin, and am using TunerStudio
Each cylinder has its own VR, Injector, ignition coil, and O2 sensor.
The crank-wheel has one tooth.
There is a common TPS sensor and MAP sensor.
I want to set-up the system as shown in "V3 MicroSquirt® - QuickStart Guide", example 1-a (link http://useasydocs.com/details/dualspark.htm )
This configuration shows a one teeth crank-wheel triggering two individual VR sensors to fire two separate cylinders as if they are two separate one cylinder engines. This is the exact configuration I am trying to utilize
I can not find any settings in TunerStudio that seem to support this configuration.
It may be a problem with nomenclature, I don't see "Dual Spark" or "Independent Dual Ignition" anywhere in TunerStudio suite.
Could someone please lend a hand?
Thank You,
Ray
