Can microsquirt be configured to a different Wideband Meter?

Can microsquirt be configured to a different Wideband AFR Meter instead of the Innovative LC1 to take different values of voltage VS AFR?

If so how is this done?, if its any help im talking about an AEM Failsafe gauge/system http://www.aemelectronics.com/wideband- ... -gauge-84/

At the top of the screen in TunerStudio, click 'Tools', then 'Calibrate AFR Table'. If you see your WBO2 sensor, click on it. If not, select 'Custom Linear WB', then fill in the table. Click 'Write to Controller' once you're finished.

Hi again Don, i edited my pust before i seen your response! Sorry!

Si it looks like it'll work!!

I really wanted to use the innovative LC1 but i cant find a compatible gauge for it AND the GM map sensor to read Wideband and Boost! Im also concerned that if i take a dual feed off the GM MAP sensor then the Microsquirt will get a false reading because of the increased load.

I actually can't remember if it can be split; certain sensors can, some can't. If this is one that can't, try the following circuit:

This is a single component 'circuit' acting as dual buffers; the gauge and Microsquirt will each get the same voltage.

Steve,

Sensors that provide voltage signals (MAP, TPS) are generally okay to share with affecting the accuracy as long as the controller inputs are 'high impedance' (almost all are), meaning they don't draw much current. You can just splice into the signal and connect it to another controller/device.

Sensors that use a variable resistance (air and coolant temperature sensors, for example) are trickier to share, see: http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/sharesen.htm
