Disappearing GUI

The Megatune 2.25 GUI doesn't appear when I click on the icon. There is a small Megatune screen that opens (has a car and snapshot of GUI on it) and it seems like the program is about to open but then this small screen disappears and the GUI doesn't open.
Has anyone seen this issue?
If I uninstall and reinstall it will work for a few times but then the issue happens again.

Does it appear on the taskbar? It may be opening off screen. But I'd recommend switching to TunerStudio; it's a much better software package.

It does still appear on the task bar.
If it is operating off screen, how do I get it to operate on-screen?
I can fix the problem by uninstalling and re installing but it always reoccurs after opening megatune a couple of times and its getting pretty annoying to continuously uninstall and re install.

Right click on the task bar display and select Maximize.
