New v3.820 code release

We have a new code release, v3.820, primarily for the purpose of making Bluetooth communications more reliable. This is an especially nice feature to have on motorcycles, where opening a laptop is not an easy thing to do.
The differences between 3.780 and 3.820 code are:
1. Added capability to change rev limit rpms when N2O signal changes.
2. Added Signature in Table Descriptors.
3. Fixed bug in sync search for wheel gap.
4. Added nested interrupts to allow more reliable operation with Bluetooth.
I have attached the code and ini file here, but it will be placed in the standard download location in the next few days.
Note that this code needs TS Beta version 2.1.17 or higher which can be obtained from the EFIAnalytics link.
