Fuel injector concerns

I had my injectors cleaned and they came back at 246 and 252 cc/min. I'm a little concerned about this since some of the injector calculators I've used show these will top out at around 30HP or so each, 60-70 from the engine. The reports vary for the motorcycle but the average was around 80 RWHP. I presume I would need close to 90-95 from the engine to compensate for powertrain loss. It's brother, the cx650t laid down well over 90 rwhp and used the same injectors.

I can't find anything about these injectors.

Okay, looks like I'm hosed. RC Engineering says the injectors should be flowing ~330.
Time to go shopping.

Is that flow low due to injector condition, or by specification?
I know that you have indicated you wish to keep this project 100% stock in nature (which myself I'd just bite the bullet and go with numerous alternate off the shelf and more reliable common items as they become a topic) however, I do have 4 stock injectors (amongst numerous other stuff) from a couple of donor CTX650's that I drew various items from, that could be available if you wished.

Yes I would like to keep it stock, but sometimes one has to bite the bullet.

The sub-standard flow must be due to condition. The bike sat for 15 years. The injectors were cleaned by a local shop and the tech told me they flowed nothing during the initial test. He ran several cleaning cycles on them before the started flowing and then a few more afterwards until they stopped increasing flow. I was concerned about the flow but he said I should be okay. I went home and pulled up RC eng's injector calculator and plugged in my numbers and I was a bit (a whole bunch!) shy of flow so I called them up and they confirmed the stock injectors are ~330 cc/min.

I have an unofficial target of 105hp. The 650T hit around 100 at the crank and used the same injectors as the 500 so they will support a bump in hp the 500's stock 82. And some people have hit the overboost cut on the 650's from stuck wastegates so they will support a little more power than that, therefore they would probably support my target but the duty cycle would be near 90%. I'm also considering getting RC's 370's for a bit more headroom but am undecided. RC said the 370's would be okay and flow well enough at low open times so they should not affect the idle mixture.

Anyways, how much for the injectors? You know, just in case I decide to stay stock.
And what else have you which I may be interested in?

Below I'll attach a few photos - all items came from a couple of low hour CTX650's that I had entertained utilizing for my boxer project prior to learning about MS. There are 2 of everything (or four as might be the case, etc.)
Perhaps you might PM me to discuss further, I suspect that would be more in keeping with forum rules and such.

I guess you were'nt interested?
Just so you know, had a gentleman call up and buy the lot (not sure how he got my number) but was happy to clean out the entire assemblage of items I had sitting on the CTX650 shelf.

I was but became distracted due to a roommate moving out and losing that income days before my truck was stolen, so funds ran thin.

So sorry to hear about that.
Wish you luck on your Honda project then, how do you feel about telling others about your "learning" ? Since I put those parts up for sale I seem to have fallen in with a number of CTX enthusiasts - some of whom are performing various upgrades to their bikes and might at some point twig to the wisdom in being able to "control their destiny" (change ecu settings 8) )

Thanks, and sorry about the deluge of CX owners' communications. I had nothing to do with that. It was another user's post on a forum which made me come back here and reply.

As far as my "learning" goes, the people interested get updates. Unfortunately, my learning is leading me away from 'squirt. Don't get me wrong here, but I'm not confident MS can run my bike, as evidenced by another user's attempt to do so and failure in doing so. And, I do not have the funds to devote to experiments like others may have.

The MS option is still on the table, but I have to find a way to get proper signals to the EMS before I can commit. And I am thinking of making a magnetic rotary crankshaft position sensor which would be an encoder connected to a microcontroller which would then emulate whichever particular trigger wheel pattern I desire, within the sensor's resolution limit of course.
