Possible Firmware Corruption

Having read every line of the Tuning Manuals and scrolled through
every similar problem in this forum and I have finally come to the conclusion
(from a similar posting) that I may have a Firmware corruption in my MicroSquirt.

Problem is: transfered a perfectly good operating system from a MegaSquirt 1.
engine ran a couple of starts.
had problems getting the ignition part of MS to work.
I have a tach signal, spark, pulse injection - but will not fire the
injectors on cranking .

Solution (maybe): how do I reload the current Firmware to my MicroSquirt.

TunerStudio says I have MS vo.999.7 ECU definition MS 11 Rev2.88600

You can't run an MS1 tune on a MicroSquirt, but you can export your VE and spark tables and import them into a MicroSquirt tune.

VE Table (MAP) Curser stuck at 100kpa

Have my engine tuned via TunerStudio with a VE table transfered from MegaSquirt 1
Under 'Basic Tables' - VE Table 1 (Map) when I power-up MicroSquirt the cursor will not move
from Bin 1000rpm/100.0 calcMAP KPA. when open up the TPS Throttle.

My understanding is that at this point (above 70%) - the injectors are in 'flood clear' mode.
Hence my injectors won't fire even with a correct Tach signal. Also, I figure that the cursor
should be at 1000rpm/30.0 KPa in the VE table beforeyou start the engine, so you are not anywhere near 'flood clear'.

I have checked out the TPS unit - and it is operating correctly.
The current tune is 'Pure Alpha-N'.

Under 'Other Tables' - Alpha-N MAP Table - the cursor is in Bin 1500rpm/30 tps % and advances
up the table to 100% when the throttle is opened.

I am trying to find what setting I have made in 'Fuel Set-Up' to get me into this situation.

Hey, It did turn out to be Firmware corruption. Downloading the latest code resolved the injector firing problem.

Thanks to Matt Cramer for his help off-line.

It turned out I was not imagining this problem. Turned out to be corrupted Firmware. Downloading
new code fixed the problem.
