max fuel quantity clipped WOT

I am running a 2002 yamaha r1 with the microsquirt, bosch ignitor, stock independent throttle bodies & injectors mounted straight to an ITG air filter (no plenum). When I floor the throttle it occasionally picks up pretty well, but most times it coughs and chokes back down to cruising rpm. I took some logs and attached my msq. I am wondering if the max fuel delivery is being clipped by the required fuel set to 9ms or if I have an injection control/characteristic issue? Is MAP controlled fueling an issue with the plenum removed? (overall resolution is 68-102kPa, but then it can be only 96-102kPa between cruising and WOT).

Please post if you have had similar issues, engines, or if you're just a software control expert :D

evan,

It sounds like you need to tune the accel enrichments: http://www.megamanual.com/mt29.htm#tl

With the limited MAP range, I would concentrate on TPSdot tuning.
