Re: WUE reading wrong.
Do you mean the WUE 'arrow' indicator and the horizontal bar graph on the right on the warm-up wizard? It is okay on my bench unit. Does the WUE percent agree with the table settings in a datalog? Have you change the temp bins or recalibrate the thermistors (sensors)?

I can't remember if i changes temp bins, but i don't think so. And i am back to where it was if i did. (i do look at different msq's)

Re: WUE reading wrong.
At Al's request, I had a good look into this behaviour. It seems this is being caused by the custom temperature bins that you are using. The graphical routine in MT is only applicable for the default temperature bins, if you change them (as you have), then the graphical bin values are displayed, but the bins actually correspond to the defaults, rather than the displayed values. This behaviour is hard-coded into MT, so it cannot be fixed in the INI/msq. It would require a new version of MT to change this, and it hardly seems worth it at this point (the last MT release was 4 years ago, I think, and it is mainly a 'legacy' program these days since Tuner Studio seems to offer more features, options and support.)
You *can* still use the wizard to see the WUE%, but you will have to use the bar graph 'thermometer' to see the corresponding temperature, rather than the values to the left of the pink WUE percent values. However, adjusting the WUE% value that is currently highlighted always adjusts at the current (real) temperature.
Alternately, you can return to the default values for the temperature bins, or use Tuner Studio.

Re: WUE reading wrong.
I actually only changed the temp bins after this problem arose. Your previous post prompted me to recalibrate and then i changed these settings. The actual settings are not important. If i go back to default- nothing changes, it is still off. I never changed these before the problem either.
I have opened msq's from tunerstudio and went back and forth. Maybe something is happening? As tuner studio saves some differnent info and configuration settings. For some reason i have a feeling its related to using tunerstudio and then returning to megatune.
I have become really comfortable with megatune and like the F1 manual links. But as you said, its dated and is not being updated or supported as much.
I was not aware of the 4 yr period. I will start to use tunerstudio.
