Random Resets

I'm still getting some resets. They seem completely random, with no regard to RPM - they happen about as often at idle as they do at cruise and high RPM. The frequency varies, generally one reset every 5 - 10 minutes of running time. One thing I think I've noticed - it seems that the resets are far more frequent when the laptop and Megatune are connected. I haven't tested this much yet but I'm going to do some more driving and idling without the laptop connected to verify. I'm not done testing/troubleshooting but thought I'd go ahead and post one datalog snippet here and a couple of screen shots of my VR input signal - which looks pretty clean to me - but I'm a noob. One shot is at idle and the other is about 3500 RPM.

The next thing I'm going to try is scoping the input power and the switch lead to the RB to check for noise. The input power comes directly from the battery through a pretty well isolated 10 gauge wire to my relay board, which is isolated along with my uS and MAP sensors (running the diode MAP board with individual MAP sensors) - all located/isolated behind the passenger seat. ALL wiring for the EFI/DIS, sensors, etc is new (a conversion from old points distributor and carbs.) Every crimp connection is soldered. There are a couple of weatherpack connectors for the TPS, coil, power, etc, but they are all new - crimped AND soldered.

I'd appreciate any troubleshooting tips anyone has.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't realize the bmp's were so large. I've changed them to smaller .png files so they will load faster.

After trying everything under the sun to get rid of random resets, I finally got another uS and my problems were solved instantly. The resets seemed to have no pattern. I generally seemed to get one every 3 - 5 minutes of running. Changing to external ignition drivers seemed to clean up my tach a bit. But I never could get rid of the processor resets.

DIYAutoTune was a great help and went above and beyond their obligations to work with me on this. They stuck with me when I couldn't get help otherwise. We noticed there were some instantaneous voltage drops in the log files but nothing would get rid of them. I tried disconnecting the alternator, running the uS off a separate battery, changing grounds, and grounding spare inputs. More and more I thought the uS itself was the problem. Finally I replaced the Microsquirt with a new unit. That immediately fixed the problem. DIYAutoTune refunded me for the new unit before I even got the faulty unit back to them.
