Help needed to set up for AlphaN blend

I am a newbee in this ms!
I got the engine startet, running on the mapsensor, tryed also a bit with pure AlphaN, did nor run as good...
I have only 75-80kpa at idle, so I gues AlphaN would be the best, but...
I also got boost, so I will need the mapsensor!
So I think Blend would be the best for my setup on my bike!
How will I start tuning?
Tune engine for mapsensor only, then pure AlphaN and then blend?
