LS1 Coils With Microsquirt

Post by ofredo »

I finally got megatune to show RPM reading but would get no spark. Then I found info in the driving coils section about logic level signals on the ignition outputs and followed instructions on removing the VB921 drivers and jumpering VIN and HVc terminals. Still no spark any thoughts.

You'll need to get the RPM back before you can get a spark. I'd check to be sure you didn't damage the input circuit when you made the changes for removing the VB921s.

Is that no 5 volt signal out on the spark outputs, or no 5 volt signal on VREF?
