Microsquirt 1999 Ducati questions
I will use throttle bodies (2), injectors (2) 15ohm, tps, all original off a real FI Ducati Monster.
I will add a IAT sensor.
I will have to use a oil temp sensor in lieu of a coolant temp sensor (air cooled).
A wide band O2 sensor.
Am I missing any sensors?
Now this is a 90 degree odd fire. But it comes factory with two pickups that trigger the factory ignition modules (2) and coils (2). The pickups are spaced 90 degrees and trigger off the same wheel (I have pictures).
So with the previous discussions I need to know if this setup will trigger the injection and the ignition and allow the Microsquirt to fully work. Or only the injection?
The injectors are considered "high impedance"?
Any other install help, setup info would be great.
Thanks

Re: Microsquirt 1999 Ducati questions
The hardware can handle two separate VR sensors (I assume these are VR on this app). The second channel VR is biased a little higher at 1.8V because most of the time it is used as a CAM sensor, but it should still be able to work here.car46999 wrote: Now this is a 90 degree odd fire. For the code, Al does has a two trigger - two output setup, each one independent of the other so it can run an odd fire setup. Basically, VR channel 1 fires ignition 1 and injector 1 and the VR2 channel operates ign/inj 2 - both with advance, etc. Now this crank mode is pretty new and may still have some quirks, etc. but these should be able to be ironed out quickly.
We would like to see your Ducati work well under MS!
