2 injectors for 4 cylinders?

I have a flat head 4 cyl engine with only 2 intake ports. Can I supply fuel with only 2 injectors in a port style configuration?
You can use two injectors, but you will need to set them back a bit further from the ports than in a normal port style configuration. Take a look at this discussion of an engine with a similar issue:
