What battery voltage represents 0 compensation?

Just curious as to what the battery voltage copensation is referenced to.
Also, has anyone heard of needing corrections lower than .1 ms/v?

13.2 V is used in the MS-II 2.3X code (just checked it).
There was a post - I can't find it with the search now, but I have saved on my hard drive.

GintsK had some opening time versus voltage for a Lada.
EricF had the scope trace descriptions on opening / closing waveforms.
Odd that I cannot find it. Perhaps you'll have better luck. In the meantime, I'll send you the .mht file for it (~140k) tonight.

Thanks, the 13.2 is really all I need.
If my voltage reads more than 13.5 or so, I run really lean at low loads, less than 13 and I am very rich. I have tried fiddling with the correction, but it doesn't seam to change. I have very large injectors for my engine size, so tiny changes in pw make very large changes at low loads. At 13.6 volts my car idles at 16:1, at 12.8 volts it idles at 12.5:1 . That is with the correction at .2ms/v . I have tried as low a .05ms/v, maybe that went the other way and I failed to make the correlation.
