Help going from a saab 139 module to vb921 (worth it?)

Hey all, ive got a MSnS-E'ed '84 volvo 245ti (block mounted dizzy)
First and foremost, is there any benefit to running with the vb921 that is already wired up on my v.3 pcb over the saab 139 module? I'd like to clean up the wiring in the engine bay, and the saab module is quite unsightly.
Using the vb921 module, is there any performance benefits or upgrade paths for my spark side of the engine?
Here is what the spark wiring looks like:

mainly, what wires would need to be changed or new ones utilized
i also have xg1 jumpered to x11 for the dizzy
by looking at it, could i just connect pin 36 (output of vb921) to the - coil and call it a day? hook back up my fast idle to pin 30?
I contacted the assembler of my v.3 (protocar.net) and they claim its already wired up internall for vb921 spark.
