I don’t have the capacitors for my Edis coil packs, Apart from scrap yard, is there a Maplin (preferred) or RS part that will suffice?

A normal PCB capacitor could be used, but the automotive one is preferable. Try a Ford dealers. I don't have a part number sorry.
