Misfires with EDIS

Running V2.2 board, EDIS, HR 08e code.
I've got resistor plugs, but suffer from a pretty harsh misfire..
I have a datalog, showing one tach spike, but everything else is pretty clean, no noise, no major swing in AFR (although it is noticeable)

I have no idea what could be causing this, I'm going to check if multispark is activated, and stuck in a ~2000 rpm zone, as after this rpm, it seems the misfires stop, Although I seem to have spark blowout at +12psi.

If anyone has any ideas on what could be the cause of these misfires, please help.
I do have a scope, and both PIP and SAW signals seem to be clean.
Thanks to all.

I had a similar scenario but resistor plugs fixed it for me.

DO you have the capacitor on the coil pack installed? another source of spikes...

yep, resistor plugs, cap installed and an extra grounding wire attached to the bolt holding the cap, which is then directly attached to the Neg post of the batt.
Seems really weird to me, and sometimes the misfires are worse than other times.
Plug wires are all new, new NGK BPR7ES (2 steps colder) The plugs lead me to believe of some low rpm fowling, but i get misfires immediately after a high speed run, and they look ok, as well, AFR is pretty stable at 14.9 during cruse.

Thanks..
