Where on megatune do I modify WUE enrichment, right now it never shuts off, i've managed to trim it down I think, but is there a spot to set in a certain coolant temp where it kicks off?

Did you try the 'Warmup Wizard'? Setting a warmup enrichment bin to 100 (usually the last one, but you can set it to 100% at other bins too) disables the warm-up enrichment. In MS-II (and maybe MSnS-E) you can edit the temperature bins themselves, as well.
