Recently My lc-1 has been showing that my afr in MT from the lc-1 is flatlined, is there a special installation procedure for MS2 ver3.0

when i use the serial cable provided with the lc-1 it shows afr but not in MT , currently i have removed it and installed a NB o2 for the time being

any tips would be helpful

How do you get the LC-1 to display its A/F via serial? I cant see anything in the program/config util that come with it and the other program wont connect to it?

As for your Q: did you config MT's file and did you also set it to WideBand within the program?
Did you also config the LC-1 to be wideband output?

Try configuring the LC-1 to be a narrowband sensor and see if MS picks up on that, then configure MS, MT and the LC-1 to be wideband if that worked ok :)

well one of the wires from the lc-1 is the input for the o2 sensor and then there's the stereo jack that has the serial connection on the other end, it was working fine but then the afr in MT was stuck @ 10.1-1 and when i started the innovate program on my laptop and connected the serial cable to it (removing the serial cable from the MS) it would read afr

I just got an RMA # from innovate and am gonna go that route , i understand that you have to configure the MS in the configurator to support the WB o2, but i also read somewhere that you have to use a 1/4 watt resistor inline from the lc-1 to the MS's o2 input , maybey thats my problem or it could be that the controller just plain got to hot (being close to the exhaust manifold) but thanks for the input

maybey it's a combination from running 2.684b code the heat and the missing resistor, i dunno, I'll keep ya updated

To get mine to work, I had to:

1) choose LC-1 in the configurator
2) reprogram the analog out of the LC-1
3) Select LC-1 in the sensor calibrator of MT.

i had that on mine putting through laptop it would work fime but useing it on the m/s it would be dead turned out the dac had blown but i still could use it to watch a/f on the lap top

i had 3 that did that to me so now i dont have it conected to m/s i just use it on my laptop

but when i spoke to them about it they said it was a problem with them and they were sorting the problem with the dac on the lc-1 i havent tryed my new one yet as i got fed up sending them back to the us as im in the uk it took a few weeks !!

As soon as i get it back from Innovate, I'll set it up as per your quote

is the resistor a 1/4w 470 Ohm that i'm supposed to use on the output to the MS ?
