engine too rich to start?

I'm running the V3 mainboard with MSII, trying to get fuel to run right now. However, when I try to crank over the engine, it barely starts, runs horribly and then dies seconds later. I think I'm flooding it because it smells like pure fuel.
Here is the datalog of 2 cranking attempts
and here is my msq file

My engine is a 2.0 4 cylinder with 280cc injectors with a firing order of 1-3-2-4 Do the injectors in my diagram look right?

I appreciate the help, as the manual is sort of confusing me.

It looks like there's something wrong with your coolant temp, your log shows it reading 180 all the time.
