AFR tables?

I'm a little confused about how I use/tune/generate an AFR table for MS2.
Do I create a table with entries that more or less conform to "Conventional wisdom (not always right) suggests that you tune for ~13.1:1 at peak torque, and 12.5:1 at peak power for a naturally aspirated engine." and try to achieve those targets by setting ego control percentages or autotune?

Pretty much.
The VE that was generated was approximately 10% richer in all areas. I mannually tuned all the cells slowly. Idle cells, partial throttle, full boost maps etc.......
I just installed my LC1 and I am going to see if I can fine tune it a little further using autotune.
I am following conventional wisdom on what values to use for my AFR tables. I have a good idea of what AFRs I need to run as I spool up my turbo and go flat out at full boost.
So I am curious to see how well autotune pulls the values tighter inline with what I want.
Should be interesting.
I am going to run autotune first........

I'm assuming that i have to create the AFR table. Is this an acceptable table? So if I were to use the attached afr table I would, for instance, turn on autotune and let auto tune tweak the MS2 VE table to get it close to the afr targets? Is that how auto tune works? How else would I use or what are other methods use the AFR table to tune the VE table?

Sorry to beat this to death. I'm trying to figure out what the best settings to get the best results out of Auto Tune.
What should ego control percentage be set at? Or better yet, what would be the ideal settings in Megatune to take full advantage of Auto Tune?

Do you have to use afr table, to use autotune?hmm

I'm not sure but I would guess so to give auto tune a target to tune to, but I don't know for sure and that's what I'm trying to find out how, what, of and why of using auto tune.
