edis cut out and in

Have edi on my BMW 3.0csi .New for meRunning Megsquirt II .Driving along .Feels like someone turns off the egnition then on .
The edis-6 coil pack has 6 spark plug wires on it, is coil A closest to the end with the plug on it? B in the middle and C at the other end?

Can you post a datalog and a settings file?

It may be that the EDIS input signal is weak, and there are a few options to improve the sensitivity of the Hall circuit: http://www.megamanual.com/ms2/inputHEI.htm (you would need to do either the transistor mod or use the VR input circuit mod to avoid changing the input trigger edge).

Are you running resistor plugs? Mine did the same until I went to resistor plugs.
