Well there idleing and cruising awesome. Problem Im having, is everytime I log and run it through VexMe, it wants to try to tune past 255 in the higher boost levels. Well my Megatune wont go any higher than 255.
I really dont see why its trying to tune that high anyways, Im only trying to tune to 15psi. Even at 10psi, Im in the high 11's on the WB. I have the AFR targets and the Vex tuning from 11.8 at beginning of boost to about 11.3 at 15psi, but when I try to tune anything over 10psi, I go lean and the VexMe try's to tune above 255.

Does anybody have a decent running Vex that goes to atleast 15psi on or around 780cc injects?

Im running MS I, version 2.25b421 MegaTune with the V3 main board.

Whats goin on here?

TIA

almost sounds like your fuel pump is not keeping up with your injectors....

try flow testing it into a bucket and measuring how much you get.. it's not exact but has worked out pretty good for me for comparing fuel pumps, backed up with lean outs like you describe.

be careful :)

Well the thing is, Im running a Walbro 255 in a 2.0 4cyl, so I think it should be fine.

I have my static set at 43.5, think maybe I should try to bump it up a little?

Thanks for the reply!!!!

Please remember that a restricted fuel flow problem can have a few causes. Inadequate, clogged or wrong type of filter, clogged sock in the tank, kinked line, bad cap vent, inadequate electrical connection to the pump, etc., etc. I'd test fuel delivery before doing much else, especially trying to fix the problem with more software changes when previous ones don't seem to be effecting the changes they should.

If everything looks good to the rail, don't forget to check the very small, very fine filters that are inside the injectors themselves.
