tricks to megatweak - file formats

Post by ptegler »

OK...what's the trick to getting the ve prog or megatweak to read the data log files? I've deleted the first line in thefile as another post mentioned...but I still get error anytime I try to open log files in any of the tuning progs.

I'm using the latest 225 mt running MSnS-E 29q2 on a v3 board. Is there some special editing of the file or other ini file settings I ned to edit to produce log files I can open in these apps?

tia

I'm using Megatune 2.2 as I haven't got my laptop to run 2.25 properly yet - so this may or may not be relevant.

I got ridiculous results in megatweak and it calculated unusable VE values when i chose 'classic' data logging. Some of these logs wouldn't open in the MSviewer either.

But as soon as i started datalogging using the 'full' option it read them just fine and the resultant VE tables were accurate.
