Starting issues on Audi 5000TQ...

Ok so I'm still not having much luck with getting this thing to start up good.
Whats happening is that it cranks over and fires and shoots to 2000 rpm's and then dies over and over. I have to do this 7-8 times before it stays running. Giving it gas either kills it or keeps it running...very random. I am using the stock ISV.
Heres' some of my settings. Maybe some of you guys can look it over and see where I'm wrong.
Cranking:
Prime pump: Always
Fire priming Pulse: Twice
Priming PW Source: Priming Table
Standard PW: 0.4
Cranking Pulse Width Temp: CLT only

This table was after using autotune to tune the low RPM/non boost values of the table.
This is for 42# injectors at 3 bar using MS v2.2 and MSnSE to tune it.
I've been tweaking numbers back and forth for a month now and nothing seems to help...
