trouble matching megatune with ms2v3.0

i'm in the process of building my m2v3.0 and i need to install the firmware and test with megatune.
i am using the downloader version 1.04 and the v2.33 abs s19 file. the file dowloads to the ms and will verify. i have also changed the ini files in megatune.
when i go to open megatune and select car1 it gives me an error message stating that megatune was looking for msII...... but received offff.......something in the controller.
can anyone help?? i need to get past this and on with the build.

seems to be a programming or megatune issue,because i can write and verfy code to the ms. please help. thanks

found the problem!!!!!!!!!! i didn't power cycle the ms and stim after the s19 download and before going to megatune. works now!!!!!!!!!
